09:58 AM EST, 01/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- FormFactor ( FORM ) said Tuesday it entered into a technology partnership and share purchase deals with Advantest, building on a multiyear collaboration between the companies.

The multiyear collaboration aims to fast-track innovation to enable advanced packaging and high-performance compute, FormFactor ( FORM ) said.

The company said the issuance of about 335,000 shares at $44.78 per share under the share purchase deal is not expected to materially impact its financial statements.

FormFactor ( FORM ) shares were up 2.9% in recent Tuesday trading.
