09:45 AM EST, 02/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- FormFactor ( FORM ) and private equity firm MBK Partners completed the acquisition of FICT, FormFactor ( FORM ) said Monday.

FormFactor ( FORM ) said it acquired a 20% non-controlling stake in FICT for about $60 million and that it does not expect the investment to have a material impact on its operating results.
