05:23 PM EDT, 08/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- FormFactor ( FORM ) said late Tuesday it has named Aric McKinnis as chief financial officer and senior vice president, succeeding Shai Shahar, who resigned from the positions Aug. 8.

Shahar will remain a company employee as senior vice president, executive advisor through the end of the year, the firm said.

McKinnis, who joined FormFactor ( FORM ) in August 2019, serves as its vice president and corporate controller, the company said.

FormFactor ( FORM ) also said it reiterated its Q3 financial guidance.

Shares were down about 2% during after-hours trading.
