08:46 AM EDT, 06/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Fortinet ( FTNT ) said Monday it has agreed to acquire cloud-security company Lacework for an undisclosed sum.

Fortinet ( FTNT ) said it plans to integrate Lacework's cloud-native application protection platform into its Unified Secure Access Service Edge offering.

The deal is expected to close in the second half of the year.
