Fortinet Q2 Non-GAAP EPS, Revenue Increase; Shares Rise After Hours

04:18 PM EDT, 08/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Fortinet ( FTNT ) reported Q2 non-GAAP earnings of $0.64 per diluted share on Wednesday, up from $0.57 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.59.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.63 billion, up from $1.43 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.63 billion.

The company expects Q3 non-GAAP diluted EPS of $0.62 to $0.64 and revenue of $1.67 billion to $1.73 billion.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.61 and $1.71 billion.

The company now expects 2025 non-GAAP diluted EPS of $2.47 to $2.53 and revenue of $6.675 billion to $6.825 billion.

The previous guidance was for non-GAAP diluted EPS of $2.43 to $2.49 and revenue of $6.65 billion to $6.85 billion.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $2.47 and $6.76 billion.

The company's shares were rising past 3% in recent after-hours activity.
