04:54 PM EST, 03/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Fortive ( FTV ) said late Tuesday it has appointed Mark Okerstrom as chief financial officer, starting March 24.

Okerstrom will succeed Chuck McLaughlin, who is retiring as CFO but will remain in a non-executive role through year-end to support a smooth transition.

Okerstrom most recently served as an external adviser at Bain & Co. and Advent International. He also spent more than 13 years at Expedia Group ( EXPE ) holding executive positions, including CFO and chief executive roles, Fortive ( FTV ) said.
