06:59 AM EDT, 05/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Fortuna Mining ( FSM ) said Tuesday that it has completed the sale of its interest in Roxgold Sanu to Soleil Resources International for $70 million in cash.

Fortuna said it has now ceased all operations in Burkina Faso.

Fortuna said it received a $53.8 million in dividend and additional $3.7 million in withholding tax from Roxgold Sanu prior to the closing of the deal.

Fortuna said it now expects gold equivalent production of 309,000 to 339,000 ounces, compared with prior guidance of 380,000 to 422,000 ounces.

Fortuna said it has kept cash cost outlook unchanged in the original range of $895 to $1,015 per gold equivalent ounce.
