Fortune Bay, Aero Energy Start Drilling at Howland Lake on the Murmac Uranium Project

08:24 AM EDT, 03/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Fortune Bay ( FTBYF ) on Wednesday said it has initiated drilling at Howland Lake on the Murmac Uranium Project that is located in northern Saskatchewan near Uranium City.

The program is expected to include up to six drill holes, totaling about 900 meters, to further test the Howland Lake electromagnetic conductors which returned uranium intercepts from first-pass drilling. Exploration work at Murmac is funded by Aero Energy ( AAUGF ) and is operated by Fortune Bay ( FTBYF ).

The winter 2025 drilling program will be focused on priority targets developed at Howland Lake.

Fortune Bay ( FTBYF ) closed unchanged at $0.335 on Tuesday on the TSX Venture Exchange while shares of AERO plunged 16% to $0.025.
