Fortune Minerals Notes Expiry of Option to Acquire Alberta Industrial Site for NICO Project

06:53 AM EDT, 07/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Fortune Minerals ( FTMDF ) over the holiday weekend said an option to purchase the JFSL Field Services ULC brownfield industrial site in Alberta for the NICO project has expired.

The company could not complete the acquisition of the site in Lamont County before the June 30 expiry date.

However, Fortune and JFSL are continuing discussions and looking to complete the deal under a new arrangement as soon as possible.
