12:56 PM EDT, 06/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Forum Energy Metals ( FDCFF ) said Monday it is seeking up to $1 million from a private placement of share units.

The company is offering 7.41-million units in the financing, with each priced at $0.135 and made up of a share and one half of a two-year warrant to buy a second share for $0.20.

Forum plans to use the proceeds for working capital.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.005 to $0.135 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
