Forward Air Q4 Loss Narrows, Revenue Falls

04:24 PM EST, 02/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Forward Air (FWRD) reported a Q4 net loss from continuing operations late Monday of $0.91 per diluted share, narrowing from a loss of $1.23 a year earlier.

Four analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.49.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $631.2 million, down from $632.8 million a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $629.6 million.
