06:44 AM EDT, 09/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Forward Industries ( FORD ) said Wednesday it has filed an automatic shelf registration for an at-the-market equity offering that would allow it to sell up to $4 billion in shares.

The company said it plans to use net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including working capital, Solana token strategy and other growth initiatives.
