Forward Industries Shifts Nasdaq Ticker to 'FWDI'

11:59 AM EST, 11/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Forward Industries ( FORD ) said Friday it will change its Nasdaq ticker from "FORD" to "FWDI," effective at the start of trading on Nov. 17.

The company said the new ticker reflects its strategy of acquiring and managing SOL tokens to increase SOL per share for investors through deeper participation in the Solana ecosystem.

The company added that the ticker update follows several recent initiatives, including the formation of a Crypto Advisory Board drawn from the Solana community, the digital asset sector, and capital markets.

Shares of the company were up 3% in recent trading.
