Forward to Implement 1-for-10 Reverse Stock Split

11:55 AM EDT, 06/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Forward Industries ( FORD ) said Friday it is implementing a 1-for-10 reverse stock split of its common stock starting Tuesday to comply with the minimum bid requirement for Nasdaq listing.

No fractional shares will be issued as part of the reverse stock split, with all fractional shares will be rounded up to the nearest whole share, the company said.

Price: 0.48, Change: -0.03, Percent Change: -5.14
