Fossil Group Has Cooperation Agreement With Shareholder Buxton Helmsley Group, Adds Nominee to Board

06:04 PM EDT, 03/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Fossil Group ( FOSL ) said late on Monday it has a cooperation agreement with a shareholder, The Buxton Helmsley Group, and added the investor's nominee, Pamela Corrie, to the board on Sunday.

Corrie has 25 years of experience in "complex corporate turnarounds and restructuring strategy," the company said.

The company also appointed Eugene Davis to the board to serve as a member of the audit panel. He is the chief executive officer of PIRINATE Consulting Group, specializing in turnaround management, merger and acquisition consulting and strategic planning advisory services.
