Four Corners Buys 6 Novant Health Urgent Care Properties for $12 Million

04:50 AM EDT, 07/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Four Corners Property Trust ( FCPT ) said Monday it purchased six Novant Health Urgent Care centers in South Carolina for $12 million.

The properties are corporate-operated under long-term triple-net leases, the real estate investment trust said.
