Four Corners Property Trust Acquires Automotive Service Property in Indiana for $2.1 Million

06:30 AM EST, 03/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Four Corners Property Trust ( FCPT ) said Thursday evening it has acquired an automotive service property in Indiana leased to a national operator for $2.1 million through a sale-leaseback.

The property is corporate-operated under a long-term, triple-net lease, the company said.
