03:45 AM EDT, 07/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Four Corners Property Trust ( FCPT ) said Thursday it has acquired via a sale-and-leaseback deal a Sun Auto Tire & Service property in North Carolina for $2.5 million.

The property is currently under a lease with about 15 years of remaining term.
