04:28 PM EDT, 06/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Four Corners Property Trust ( FCPT ) said late Friday it acquired a Tires Plus property in Georgia, US, for $1.7 million.

The corporate-run property is under a triple net lease with almost three years remaining on the contract, according to a statement.

The deal was priced at a 7.4% cap rate on rent as of the closing date and exclusive of transaction costs, the company said.
