05:37 PM EST, 03/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Four Corners Property Trust ( FCPT ) said Thursday it plans to promote Patrick Wernig to chief financial officer, succeeding Gerry Morgan, who will retire on May 3.

Pending board approval, Wernig, who currently serves as Managing Director of Acquisitions, will assume the role of CFO after the release of the company's financial results for the quarter ending March 31.

Morgan will take on an interim advisory role within the company to assist in the transition, the company said.
