Four Corners Property Trust Buys $2.1 Million Tires Plus Property in Georgia

04:38 PM EDT, 10/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Four Corners Property Trust ( FCPT ) said late Friday it has purchased a Tires Plus property in Georgia for $2.1 million.

The restaurant and retail-focused real estate investment trust said the property is corporate-operated under a net lease.
