Four Corners Property Trust Buys Illinois Property for $1.6 Million

05:47 PM EDT, 09/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Four Corners Property Trust ( FCPT ) said late Tuesday it has acquired a Tires Plus property in Illinois for $1.6 million.

The property is corporate-run under a triple net lease with around four years of term remaining, the company said.
