04:09 AM EDT, 05/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Four Corners Property Trust ( FCPT ) said late Thursday it acquired an automotive service property in Arkansas that is leased to an undisclosed operator for $5.3 million.

Separately, the real estate investment trust said it bought a Christian Brothers Automotive property in Illinois for $4.3 million in a sale-leaseback deal.
