04:56 PM EDT, 06/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Four Corners Property Trust ( FCPT ) said late Monday that Douglas Hansen has been re-elected to its board and appointed as chair.

Hansen succeeds John Moody, who chose not to stand for re-election at the company's 2025 annual meeting of stockholders.

Separately, the real estate investment trust said it kept quarterly dividend at $0.3550 per share, payable July 15 to shareholders of record on June 30.
