FOX Acquires One-Third of Penske Entertainment

02:47 PM EDT, 07/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Fox (FOX) said Thursday it has acquired a one-third interest in Penske Entertainment, inclusive of INDYCAR and Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

The company said the deal includes a multiyear extension of INDYCAR's media rights with FOX Sports.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
