Fox Launching Secondary Offering of Class B Shares

04:58 PM EDT, 09/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Fox (FOX) said Monday that trusts established for the benefit of Prudence MacLeod, Elisabeth Murdoch and James Murdoch plan to offer about 16.9 million shares of Fox's Class B common stock in an underwritten public offering.

The selling shareholders will get all of the proceeds from the offering, the company said.

The offering is subject to market conditions, and there is no assurance as to whether or when it may be completed, Fox said.
