Fox Restructures Operations Into 3 Main Segments; Names Fernando Szew, Michael Thorn to Lead Entertainment, TV Network

09:13 AM EDT, 03/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Fox (FOXA) said late Wednesday it is implementing a new organizational structure focused on three main areas: FOX Entertainment Studios, FOX Television Network, and FOX Entertainment Global.

The company said Fernando Szew has been named the head of FOX Entertainment Studios, while Michael Thorn was named president of the FOX Television Network.

Allison Wallach has been named as head of Global Unscripted Programming for FOX Entertainment Studios, Fox said, while Tony Vassiliadis was named as the interim head of FOX Entertainment Global.
