Foxconn third-quarter revenue jumps 20% year-on-year

TAIPEI (Reuters) - Taiwan's Foxconn, the world's largest contract electronics maker and Apple's ( AAPL ) biggest iPhone assembler, reported on Saturday that its third-quarter revenue jumped 20.2% year on year.

"The result exceeded the company's original expectations of significant growth," Foxconn said in a statement.
