08:38 AM EDT, 05/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Franklin Electric ( FELE ) said Tuesday it named Joe Ruzynski chief executive officer and a member of its board, effective July 1.

Ruzynski, 49, succeeds Gregg Sengstack, chief executive since 2014 and chair since 2015, who will continue as executive chair of the water and energy technology firm's board.

Ruzynski previously served as president of the enclosures segment at nVent Electric ( NVT ) and held roles at Pentair.
