08:14 AM EST, 02/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Franklin Electric ( FELE ) said Friday it has agreed to acquire Barnes de Colombia, a manufacturer and distributor of industrial and commercial pumps based in Cota, Colombia.

Franklin Electric ( FELE ) said it expects the deal to close on or about March 1, subject to customary closing conditions including Colombian antitrust approval.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
