Revenue, expressed as the sum of net interest income and total noninterest income, for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $23.3 million, up from $15.3 million a year earlier.

The company kept its quarterly dividend at $0.33 per share, payable on Feb. 25 to shareholders on record Feb. 6.
