08:58 AM EDT, 05/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Franklin Resources ( BEN ) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings Friday of $0.47 per diluted share, compared with $0.56 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.47.

Operating revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $2.11 billion, compared with $2.15 billion a year earlier.

Shares of Franklin Resources ( BEN ) were up 1.1% in recent Friday premarket activity.
