Franklin Street Properties Launches Review of Strategic Alternatives

08:07 AM EDT, 05/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Franklin Street Properties ( FSP ) said Wednesday that its board has begun a review of strategic alternatives.

The company said the review will examine a possible sale of the company, a sale of its assets, and a refinancing of debt, among other options.

Shares of the real estate investment company were up more than 5% in recent premarket activity.
