04:44 PM EST, 11/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Freedom Holding ( FRHC ) said late Friday that it has entered into an agreement with the government of Kazakhstan to build a $2 billion Sovereign Artificial Intelligence Hub, using Nvidia's ( NVDA ) AI infrastructure.

Kazakhstan's Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development will support the creation of the AI hub, which will be operated by Freedom Holding ( FRHC ), and will oversee related talent development programs.

The financial services company will act as the principal financing and implementation partner, it added.

Shares of Freedom Holding ( FRHC ) were up around 1.6% in recent after-market activity.
