07:15 AM EDT, 10/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Freeman Gold ( FMANF ) , which gained 15% yesterday, overnight Wednesday said it has closed its non-brokered private placement financing, raising $3.6 million to fund an initial feasibility study on the Lemhi Gold project in Idaho.

The company issued 60 million units at $0.06 each. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one nine-month warrant which can buy an additional share at $0.08.
