Fremont Gold to Change Name to Hayasa Metals

01:26 PM EDT, 11/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Fremont Gold ( FRERF ) on Friday said the TSX Venture Exchange has approved the company's name change to Hayasa Metals. The Board said a name change was necessary to more closely associate the company with Armenia and its flagship properties Vardenis and Urasar.

At the opening of the markets on November 6, the company's common shares will trade under the new name Hayasa Metals and the new stock symbol "HAY".

Fremont Gold ( FRERF ) was last seen down $0.01, to $0.14, on the TSX Venture Exchange.
