08:55 AM EDT, 10/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Fresh Del Monte Produce ( FDP ) has sold assets from its Mann Packing business to California's Church Brothers Farms, the companies said Tuesday.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Under the agreement, Church Brothers Farms will assume operations at Mann Packing's facility in Gonzales, California, the companies said.

Fresh Del Monte's divestiture reflects a focus on its core portfolio of fruit and fresh-cut products, the companies said.
