11:03 AM EDT, 10/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Fresh Del Monte Produce's ( FDP ) Mann Packing division said Tuesday it is selling the Fresh Leaf Farms brand and operations to First Leaf Farms.

The move is part of Mann Packing's plans to divest non-core assets to improve operational efficiency, according to the company.

Financial details of the sale were not disclosed.

First Leaf Farms is a partnership between the Costa family, which will manage production and operations, and the Nunes family. The Nunes will oversee all sales and marketing.
