04:14 PM EDT, 05/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Stephen Macchiaverna, Executive Vice President, Treasurer, on May 14, 2024, sold 5,000 shares in Freshpet ( FRPT ) for $634,450. Following the Form 4 filing with the SEC, Macchiaverna has control over a total of 86,039 shares of the company, with 86,039 shares held directly.

Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), India's biggest oil firm, on Wednesday reported a net profit of Rs 8,781.30 crore for the January-March quarter, helped by higher refining margins.
