04:55 PM EDT, 10/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Freshpet ( FRPT ) said late Tuesday it has appointed its vice president of finance, Ivan Garcia, to the role of interim chief financial officer, effective Oct. 17.

Garcia will succeed Todd Cunfer, who is leaving the pet food company to pursue an external opportunity. Cunfer will remain with the company until Oct. 17 to support the transition.

The company also reaffirmed its fiscal 2025 outlook. It plans to release its Q3 results Nov. 3.
