11:56 AM EDT, 08/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Freshworks ( FRSH ) said in a regulatory filing Wednesday that Srinivasagopalan Ramamurthy will resign as chief product officer after Oct. 1 to explore another professional opportunity.

Following his resignation, Ramamurthy will remain available to the company to provide advisory assistance through the end of the year.

Shares of Freshworks ( FRSH ) declined over 1% in recent trading.
