11:48 AM EST, 12/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- FREYR Battery ( FREY ) said Thursday that Chief Accounting Officer Lori Papp's employment will terminate, effective upon the completion of her garden leave, as agreed between the parties.

The company said Chief Financial Officer Evan Calio will also serve as principal accounting officer, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

FREYR shares were up 5% in recent trading.
