05:42 PM EDT, 03/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Friedman Industries ( FRD ) late Thursday said it plans to transfer its stock listing from the NYSE American to the Nasdaq Global Select Market, after market close on April 7 under the same ticker.

The steel producer said the new listing will improve its trading liquidity as well as helping boost its institutional ownership and capital inflows.
