12:57 PM EDT, 08/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- FRNT Financial ( FRFLF ) on Tuesday said it closed a private placement of shares that raised $2 million.

The company placed five-million shares priced at $0.40 each in the financing, with the proceeds intended to be allocated towards investments in a Bitcoin treasury as well as general working capital and operations.

FRNT shares were last seen down $0.015 to $0.435 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
