Frontier Airlines Pilots Vote to Authorize Strike, Union Says
Oct 15, 2024 11:26 AM

01:48 PM EDT, 10/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Frontier Group Holdings' ( ULCC ) Frontier Airlines pilots, represented by the Air Line Pilots Association, or ALPA, have voted in favor of authorizing a strike if necessary, ALPA said Tuesday.

The union said the vote shows that the pilots are ready to act in case of a negotiation breakdown with Frontier's management.

"Negotiations for a new collective bargaining agreement have yet to yield a market-based contract that aligns with industry standards and reflects the contributions of Frontier pilots," ALPA said.

The company didn't immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
