FrontView REIT Prices Public Offering of 13.2 Million Shares at $19 a Share

06:30 AM EDT, 10/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- FrontView REIT ( FVR ) said late Tuesday that it has priced its initial public offering of 13.2 million shares at $19 per share.

FrontView REIT ( FVR ) said underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to 1.98 million additional shares at the same offering price, excluding underwriting discounts and commissions.

The company said the proceeds from the offering will be used to repay outstanding borrowings under its revolving credit and term loan facilities, with the remainder set aside for general corporate purposes, including potential acquisitions.

FrontView's shares will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "FVR" on Wednesday, with the offering expected to be completed on Thursday.
