FRP Names David deVilliers III as President

01:21 PM EST, 01/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- FRP Holdings ( FRPH ) said Friday it appointed David deVilliers III as president, succeeding his father, David deVilliers Jr., who resigned from the post on Jan. 1.

The elder deVilliers will continue to serve as the advisor to the president and chief operating officer and the vice chairman of the board, according to a regulatory filing.

David deVilliers III joined the company in 2001 and became chief operating officer in May 2024, the filing said.
