12:14 PM EDT, 04/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- FS Bancorp ( FSBW ) said Tuesday it has appointed Phillip Whittington as chief financial officer, effective May 1.

Whittington succeeds Matthew Mullet, who will continue as president of the company, FS Bancorp ( FSBW ) said.

Whittington previously served as controller of the bank holding firm's 1st Security Bank.
