FS Bancorp Names Matthew Mullet President

12:02 PM EDT, 07/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- FS Bancorp ( FSBW ) said Friday that Matthew Mullet has been named president of the company and its 1st Security Bank of Washington unit.

Mullet, who has been chief financial officer of the company and the bank since 2011, will continue as CFO, the company said.

FS Bancorp ( FSBW ) said that Joseph Adams will remain as chief executive of the company and the bank.
