FS KKR Capital Closes Offering of Unsecured Notes Due 2031

04:45 PM EDT, 09/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- FS KKR Capital ( FSK ) said late Thursday it closed a $400 million offering of 6.125% unsecured notes due 2031.

Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, according to a statement.
